• Microsoft Excel list of consenting Conference attendees at five (5) and two (2) weeks before the event.
  TAC Deliverable: We will be in touch in June with the consent form. Lists will be distributed to those who returned the completed consent form the weeks of August 19 and September 9.

• Free Conference registrations (2 – two free).
  TAC Deliverable: We will be in touch with your codes after registration has opened (late April). Codes must be redeemed online no later than August 23, 2024. Sponsor is responsible for ensuring the codes are utilized.  Requests for registration refunds will not be issued after August 23, 2024.

• Invitations to the TAC President’s reception, an invitation-only event on Tuesday, September 24. Guests include TAC’s Board of Directors, Council Chairs, TAC award recipients, sponsors, local host representatives, and other VIPs (1 – one pass)
  TAC Deliverable: We will be in touch in late August.

• Sponsor a Conference technical session(s) or tour(s). Specific session(s) are selected when the program is confirmed in summer 2024. (2 – two: sessions or tours/any combination)
  TAC Deliverable: We will be in touch in late July/early August after the program has been finalized.

• Visibility includes your corporate logo:
  • in the session’s digital listings on the Conference website, App and session recordings platform
  • at the session’s start or tour departure point

• Present as part of a Corporate Demo Webinar. Describe a project, product, service, or innovation as part of a TAC webinar.
  Deliverable: We will be in touch in May to schedule.
  
  Receive:
  • one (1) 30-minute time block in a webinar that includes three or four corporate presentations December 2024 through March 2025
  • corporate logo on the related TAC webinar webpage, and the webinar welcome slide
  • promotion of the webinar in TAC’s weekly emailers; presenting companies are tagged in at least one related social post
  • embedded recording of the demo on TAC’s webinar webpage, and/or on your sponsor profile, for on-demand viewing

• Write a TAC News promotional article. Highlight a project, product, innovation, staff leader, etc. of interest to TAC’s audience to be posted on TAC’s website, October 2024 through March 2025. Articles are promoted in TAC’s weekly emailers and social media.

• Have a profile on TAC’s website (see the current sponsors’ profiles for the expected format). Profiles are promoted by emailer and social media at least 1x/quarter.
