Non-Standard Pavement Markings for Crosswalks: A Look at New Research

This webinar will give an overview of a new research report commissioned by TAC that examines the impacts of non-standard (e.g. “rainbow”) pavement markings for crosswalks. The lead researcher will describe the findings of a literature scan, jurisdictional survey and simulated field testing, and will review some suggested considerations for practitioners who are considering the use of non-standard crosswalk markings.
